LEOR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Little Egypt Off-Road Motorcycle Club MEMBERSHIP DUES AND WORK POLICY 1) All dues invoices will be mailed out January 1st of each year and will be due before March 15th. Memberships will be dropped for any dues not paid before this date. 2) April 1st new gate keys will be issued to members who have paid their membership. 3) Members are required to have all work hours (36 hours), including one office day, completed within 30 days of their membership renewal. Work hours performed within 30 days of the membership renewal will be applied to the following membership term. 4) Dues are calculated as follows: · Initial first year membership is $350. · Subsequent years will be based upon the number of work hours completed. · If all required work hours and office day are completed dues are $40. · If an office day is not completed there will be an additional charge of $100 applied to the next year’s dues. · There will be an additional charge of $6.95 for each work hour not completed. 5) The following are examples of the calculation: · All work hours completed, except no office day. Dues will be $40 + $100 = $140. · Office day completed, short 8 work hours. Dues will be $40 + (8 hours @ $6.95 per hour) = $95.60. · No office day and no work hours. Dues will be $350. 6) All work hours must be meaningful. 7) Members wanting to work during the week must first contact the Office Manager in order to make the proper arrangements. 8) All members must complete and turn in work slips. The LEOR Board retains the right to adjust or reject any work hours. Therefore, it is important for each member to contact the appropriate LEOR personnel prior to performing any work hours.
